Jim Murray, Chairman of the Board of the Construction Labour Relations Association of NL Inc. (CLRA) is pleased to announce the following appointments.
Effective May 1st, 2015 Terry French was appointed to the position of CLRA President.
Effective May 1st, 2015 Craig Power was appointed to the position of Corporate Advisor.
Effective April 1st, 2015 Danielle Browne was appointed to the position of Director of Communications and Training at the CLRA.
Effective May 1st, 2015 Terry French was appointed to the position of CLRA President. Terry represented the district of Conception Bay South in the House of Assembly, Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, since November 2002 and has held various Cabinet Minister positions including Minister of Justice, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, Minister of Environment and Conservation, Minister Responsible for the Labour Relations Agency and Minister of Innovation, Business and Rural Development. Prior to entering into politics, Terry managed family businesses for twelve years and worked as an Executive Assistant for a Federal Member of Parliament.
Effective May 1st, 2015 Craig Power was appointed to the position of Corporate Advisor. After many years in a leadership role at the CLRA as Chairman, Vice President and President, Craig will continue to contribute to the Association in his new position.
Effective April 1st, 2015 Danielle Browne was appointed to the position of Director of Communications and Training at the CLRA. Danielle has successfully developed and continues to maintain the new Training Department at the CLRA offering industry related training to the CLRA membership. Danielle is a graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland and the Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC). Danielle received the Governor General Award of Academic Excellence upon graduating from NSCC.
The CLRA looks forward to continuing to partner with its members providing labour relations assistance in the construction industry.
